GYM and Swimming Pool at houston

Kegiatan saya di apartemen, kalau sedang senggang ya masuk gym. olah raga seperti foto pojok kiri sampai ke pojok kanan. Olah raga biasanya saya mulai dari lari di tempat, dorong beban dan tarik beban dengan tangan, dorong beban pakai kaki. Biasanya di gym hari sabtu dan minggu pagi atau sore. Setelah di gym kadang-kadang berenang, seperti pada foto diatas. Gym and swimming pool are free for a apart. residents, just behind of my apartment. So even I could not play badminton. I still have exercise here. I usually play badminton with my friends at Malang, Indonesia. I miss them especially the time when we play badminton. Even here is much fun and happiness. But something is still missing here. I now realise that friendship, religion and hobby are part of my important life. Wassalam.

Mosque and Iftar (break fasting) at Houston

On the left hand side, My wife and my first daughter are standing infront of masdjit at houston. Masdjit is considered small. During jumat praying this masdjit can accomadate about say less than 200 peoples and about 50 cars. In the middle was when I was at one of muslism brother house, got iftar. iftar here  accurred at 20.43 pm. because of summer time. Only 7 family gatherring at this house and I given short speech (kultum) at that iftar. The owner of this house is gentlemen from Padang. he is mechanical engineer, graduated from ITB and A NM Houston. he works for oil company as engineer. He got green card already. and he stays almost twelve years now at houston alone. Back to story about mosque. The land of this mosque was very wide. almost 64 acre in wide. originally the mosque was bought by 4 arabic peoples, but now owned by Muslim american Associations. They three person/scholars I mean, They are hafist quran. I like to enjoy standing behind them performing sholat tarawih. Sholat tarawih here starting 21.15 finish 23.00 pm. wassalam

Perkutut Bird (Turtledove Bird) at houston

Here you see perkutut birds. on the left hand side, only one bird, in the middle, a couples of perkutut bird, just standing near my foot when I just will go out for something, in front of our apartment, at TUSCANY, 1100 Bering drive. Houston, Texas. Here Birds are free. Merpati bird, I forgot the name in english (pigeon bird?) are also lots and lots free. They are tame bird/burung jinak, even black bird/burung jalak hitam. They are lots too, here. Oh oh, houston is just like zoo for any tame birds, including squirrel. Remember my story on this blog too. I am dreaming someday Malang/batu may have this kind of environments, insya allah, amien.

MY SECOND GRANDDAUGHTER AT HOUSTON

Here photoes of my second granddaughter. her name is Faiza nabila. She is 8 lbs in weight when she borned just 4 lbs. She is now almost 6 weeks year old. She gain her weight very fast. She is healthy caused she got baby breast and formula at night or when her mother was away. She is now having american pasport. So I don’t know whether her parents let her become american or not, when she will be 18th years old. And you will also see my first granddaughter, when she just went from school. Her name is Rafifah Nadjla Afia. She looks skinny does she? She is now 5 and half years old. But she is very smart girl. She can reads any english books and counts up to 500 and she reads qur’an too. Next year she will enter 1st year at elementary school. She likes playing at park after finishing her school. I sometimes carry her to park near our apartment just 15 minutes by foot. The park is free. Most of park around houston are free for residents. See how lucky to be american for just this matter only. But most americans are hated around global world, because of George Bush. For the next topics I will share birds, just in fronts of our apartments.
