I am a Food Technologist. Kediri was the place where I was borned on October 1952. So I am nearly 56 years old. Being food technologist I know some on food processing, food product development, but I my expertise is on research methodology on food technology, for sure, food analysis and food chemistry. I am professor since 2000 on Horticulture product technology. In my daily life everybody called me just simon, although I am a muslim. I Performed haj with my wife on 1992, just 2 years when I completed my Ph.D. and Thanks to Allah SWT that exactly I was 40 (forty) yeas old. Exactly as I pray to Allah I could perform haj before 40 years old, and Allah let His permissions to me by fulfilling his promise to anyone who really pray to Him.
